我們是一群關注兒童個人成長的團體，由註冊社工、幼稚園教師、碩士生及大學畢業生組成。我們均有著同一個目標，就是希望能夠滿足小孩的全面需要，讓他們健康快樂地成長和學習。除學習成果外，我們亦強調學習過程的重要性，從中更可豐富小孩的個人成長。

加上，現時普遍很多家長也過份要求小孩達成一些不符合他們年齡的任務，例如要子女「贏左起跑線」，過份催谷學術成績等。故此我們希望以一個新的方針，鼓勵兒童以自主學習、經驗學習及正面學習為方向。再透過家長教育，加強家長對兒童成長的認知，與家長一起培育小孩於「身、心、社、靈」上的均衡發展，藉此推動3至12歲兒童的全人健康。

Little Raindrop Academy is an education group that focuses on the personal growth and well-being of children. Our team consists of registered social workers, registered child care workers, master students and university graduates. We all have one goal – to do our best to fulfil the needs of children for an all-rounded development, surrounded by a positive, safe and happy learning environment. The work that we do aims to emphasise on the importance of the learning process, which can enrich children's inner personal growth in addition to external performances and achievements.

Nowadays, many parents over-demand their children with age-inappropriate tasks in order to “win at the starting line”, especially with academic results. We adopt a different approach in the learning process, where we try to motivate children to learn curiously, independently, experientially and positively. We also hope to further educate parents on different topics and aspects of child development, where we can work together to cultivate a balanced development of "mind, body, spirit and social skills " in children. With these approaches, we aspire to strive towards a holistic development for children aged 3 to 12.
